Is the LED mask safe?

Yes. LUMEA uses low-level LED light therapy, which does not emit UV rays. Our mask is CE, FCC, and RoHS certified. LED light therapy has been widely studied and is considered safe for at-home use. Always avoid looking directly into the LEDs.

How often should I use it?

We recommend 10-15 minutes per day, 4-5 times per week for the first 4 weeks. After that, 3 times per week is enough to maintain results.

When will I see results?

Most customers notice improved skin texture within 2-3 weeks of consistent use. More significant improvements in fine lines and breakouts typically appear after 4-6 weeks.

Which light color should I use?

Red (630nm) for anti-aging and collagen. Blue (450nm) for acne and breakouts. Green (540nm) for calming redness and pigmentation. Yellow (590nm) for evening skin tone. Purple, cyan, and white combine wavelengths for broader benefits. You can also use all 7 colors together.

Can I use it with my skincare products?

Yes. Apply your serum or moisturizer first, then use the mask. LED light can help boost product absorption. We recommend avoiding retinol or strong chemical exfoliants (AHA/BHA) immediately before a session.

How long does the battery last?

The 2000mAh rechargeable battery provides approximately 60-90 minutes of use per charge (4-6 sessions). Charging via USB-C takes about 2 hours.

Is the rose quartz real?

Yes. Our rose quartz is 100% natural, sourced from certified South African mines with a Certificate of Origin. Each stone has unique natural variations in color and texture — this is how you know it is genuine.

How do I clean the ice globes?

Wipe with a soft damp cloth after each use. Do not submerge fully in water. The stainless steel is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.

Can I use ice globes with warm water too?

Yes. Place them in warm water for 10-15 minutes for warm therapy. This helps with relaxation, muscle relief, and product absorption. For cold therapy, freeze for 2+ hours.

How long does shipping take?

Germany, Austria, Netherlands: 3-5 business days. France, Belgium, Nordics: 4-6 business days. Rest of EU: 5-8 business days. All orders include tracking.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on all orders over €59. Orders under €59 have a flat rate of €4.90 within the EU.

Do you ship outside the EU?
